Meet the team
Nicole Raglin
Nicole was introduced to Pilates in 2001 after the birth of her two sons. She found the method to be perfect to help keep her body in balance, strong, and pain free. Nicole fell in love with how proper movement could heal ones body and set out to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry. Almost 21 years later Nicole is her passion for wellness and is the proud of owner of Synergy Pilates as well as an educator for Polestar Pilates.
Hi my name is Nicole. Over the past 20 years I have worked with thousands of people helping them feel better, move better and improve their mind and bodies through the multi-faceted work that I do.
I completed my comprehensive Pilates training from Polestar Pilates and Balanced Body where I gained in-depth knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, how to work with special populations as well as athletes, people with neurological conditions and the active aging. I hold certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pilates for Neuro Rehab, SRT, and Anusara Yoga. I am also a fully certified trainer of neuro-linguistic programming and offer clarity and high performance coaching in various workshops and to my coaching clients.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, tailoring my sessions to suit their specific needs and goals. What sets me apart as an instructor is my holistic approach. I am passionate about helping my clients cultivate a deep mind-body connection, focusing on proper alignment, breath control, and mindful movement. I strongly believe that Pilates is not just a physical workout but a pathway to improved overall well-being.In my sessions, you can expect a supportive and uplifting environment, where each person is encouraged to reach their full potential.
I provide clear and precise instructions, ensuring that you understand the correct form and technique to maximize the benefits of every exercise. My goal is to empower you to move pain free with ease, strength, and confidence.Whether you're a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or an experienced practitioner aiming to refine your skills, I'm here to guide and inspire you on your Pilates journey. Together, we will work towards achieving your goals, be it enhancing mobility and flexibility, developing strength, restoring pelvic floor health, rehabilitating from an injury, or simply finding joy in movement.
Outside of the studio, you can find me exploring nature trails, leading women’s leadership groups, paddleboarding, traveling and continuously expanding my knowledge in the field of movement science. I am always excited to learn and integrate new techniques into my teaching, staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving Pilates industry.

Nicolette Sciore
Hi! I’m Nicolette Sciore an Austin native and mother to two beautiful boys. I graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S in Radio, TV, and Film and is a former educator in the public school system and currently work as a production manager for an e-learning company.
I have been an athlete since high school and currently practice Jiu jitsu and kickboxing. I am also a current member of the Round Rock Women's soccer league and have been playing in it since 2019.
Pilates has been a steady part of my training since 2021. Not only does it help keep me in peak physical condition but it also helps me stay injury free!
My passion for teaching and helping others has been the catalyst for the various roles I have held over my career and continues to drive my ambitions forward as a Pilates instructor.
Gloria Brooker
Gloria Brooker, CPT PMI, RSME. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Gloria Brooker is a Certified Pilates instructor and an ACSM CPT who has been teaching postural awareness, alignment, and proper breathing for over 20 years. Gloria is RSMT/E through ISMETA (International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association) — a practice that enhances human function and body-mind integration through mindful and restorative movement based on the Laban/Bartenieff method. Gloria’s capstone project focused on combining her professional training from the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies with her extensive knowledge of Pilates body conditioning. A former dancer who studied at The Ohio State University, her early experience in performing and teaching ballet and modern dance provided her with a keen sense of proper body alignment, body dynamics, and overall wellness. As a movement practitioner, she has completed continuing education courses in many exercise modalities throughout her career including Tai Massage, Stretch techniques, Gyrokinesis, and Dance for Parkinson’s. Gloria has extensive experience teaching diverse, inter-generational populations to help individuals develop fitness levels, muscle strength, and proper nutrition. She combines exercise modalities to instill in her clients a self-awareness of everyday movement, and helps identify where they may need assistance. Additionally, she consults clients who want to reduce their limitations connected to aging and injuries as well as preventing injuries from everyday life.
Wenqian Ji
Wenqian began dancing at age 5 and discovered Pilates in 2021, which helped alleviate her lower back pain. After seeing the benefits for her family, her passion for Pilates grew. She’s now diving deeper into Pilates theory through the Polestar instructor program, starting in 2024, with a mission to help others experience the transformative power of movement.
Lela Wallis
Lela Wallis began her journey into Pilates in her fifties, inspired by her return to dancing and a desire to improve her movement and body control. She is also a certified massage therapist. As a dedicated student of Polestar Pilates, Lela enjoys helping her clients achieve greater physical well-being, blending her expertise in both massage and Pilates to create personalized, effective wellness routine.
Lauren Lee
Hello, I'm Lauren Lee. I began practicing Pilates two years ago and quickly fell in love with it. I’m currently pursuing my comprehensive certification with Polestar Pilates.Pilates has profoundly enhanced my physical and mental well-being, and I am passionate about helping others experience the same benefits through mindful movement.
