Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

‍‍TO CANCEL YOUR SESSION: Please TEXT or VISIT THE POCKETSUITE scheduling app 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, to avoid being charged.If notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received within 24 hours prior to a scheduled class, the client will be charged the full price of the session.This allows us to fill that time slot and schedule our own time accordingly.

DUET AND TRIO CANCELLATION POLICY

‍1. If one partner is unable to make a session it is the responsibility of that individual to contact his/her partner(s) and let them know 24 hours in advance.2. At that time the partner(s) can decide to cancel, reschedule or keep the appointment time and change it to a duet (if originally a trio) or a private (if originally a duet).

‍If a partner(s) does not give 24 hours’ notice, they will be charged for the session and their partner(s) will be charged for the type of session that was originally scheduled.

‍All classes, private and semi-private packages are non-refundable.Single session packages expire in 30 days, 5 session packages expire in 90 days and 10 session packages expire in 120 days.
